Women are strong, and if not treated with respect will remove themselves from situations not aiding their growth.

Do not think that just because you have built a life with her, had children with her or married her that she will not leave you?

No matter how painful it may be she will do what is best for herself and if she has a family, for her family too, especially if she can sense that you are not ‘there’. One of the main reasons women leave the men they love is because of mindless absence.

The general consensus is that woman are hard to please, this is absolute bull crap. Woman take note of the small things, as its the small things that mean the most.

There is nothing more soul crushing than being in a relationship where there is only one mind present.

When speaking with women who have left their partners they all tell a similar story, “He was just not present.” I’m not saying all men are like this but some are, and trust me, women want men who are mindfully there. Men who take the time out of their day to ask simple questions like, “How was your day?”. We do not demand your undivided attention, we simply ask for small doses. You may say that you are too busy being the ‘man’ or you have work, but honestly, no job requires you to work 24/7. If a woman has chosen you, you best treat her like gold.

As humans, we sometimes unconsciously take the simple things in life for granted. This is ultimately our biggest downfall.

When in a loving, mindful relationship both partners are aware of each other and their needs. Every person deserves love.

However, women are soft, caring, nurturing and emotional beings who give life to both humans and love. She does not want a monotonous life filled with loveless sex and boring conversations. She wants a best friend, a life partner and if you choose anything else but her, eventually she will leave. Being present in the now, with her, is possibly the greatest thing you could do for your relationship. As a team, you both have to play ball and work at it everyday. The days where you are not able to, she will step up and take charge, but if those days become all days then she will not hesitate to move on.

Women want men who listen, who pay attention and most of all who are not afraid to hold her when she is at her most low.

Its these simple acts of kindness that shine put to women.

Treat your woman like a queen and she will treat you like a king. Pay attention to her needs and wants, try everyday to go above and beyond for her and she will do the same for you. Care for her and most importantly, love and respect her.
