When you love the life you live, you wake up feeling well-rested, excited, and ready to start the day. If you wake up feeling exhausted, it is not your body but your soul that needs to rest.
4. You feel nervous and anxious all the time.
If you feel nervous and anxious, you need to pause and ask yourself why. At first, you will struggle to understand as your external reality might not be problematic. However, a closer look at what is happening inside your soul will show you that you are displeased with the life you live.
5. You work a job you dislike.
The work you do every day should challenge you and inspire you to grow. People who dislike their job have a hard time getting out of bed as it takes a lot of strength to show up and fight for something you do not even want. A job you dislike can take a toll on your emotional and mental wellbeing; the longer you remain there, the worse things will get.
