5 Signs Your Soul Is Tired Because You Lack Purpose And Passion

A tired soul is a sign that you need to change your life.

It is difficult to get out of bed when you lack a purpose and have no passion. Everybody needs to wake up excited for the day ahead. The pursuit of your dreams and goals should be something you look forward to every day. If you feel as though every new day is a repetition of the previous one, there is something wrong. Generally, it signifies that you have lost your passion.

There are 5 signs your soul is tired.

1. You wish that you could go back to the way things were in the past.

When the life you currently live does not bring you joy, it is normal to think about the past. Wishing that you could go back to the way things used to be is a clear sign that you are unhappy.

2. You are moody and incapable of resolving your inner conflicts.

You feel angry and frustrated because (deep down) you know that you are not satisfied with the life you’re living. What is worse, you do not know exactly what makes you unhappy and what you can do to change it. Eventually, you will begin to lash out at the ones you love as you lose control of your emotions.

3. You feel tired no matter how much you sleep.

When you love the life you live, you wake up feeling well-rested, excited, and ready to start the day. If you wake up feeling exhausted, it is not your body but your soul that needs to rest.

4. You feel nervous and anxious all the time.

If you feel nervous and anxious, you need to pause and ask yourself why. At first, you will struggle to understand as your external reality might not be problematic. However, a closer look at what is happening inside your soul will show you that you are displeased with the life you live.

5. You work a job you dislike.

The work you do every day should challenge you and inspire you to grow. People who dislike their job have a hard time getting out of bed as it takes a lot of strength to show up and fight for something you do not even want. A job you dislike can take a toll on your emotional and mental wellbeing; the longer you remain there, the worse things will get.

If you can relate to the above 5 points, it is time to make a change. Figure out what you want to do, find something you are passionate about, and bring the excitement back into your life.
