What you need to do right now is challenge yourself. Make an effort to change drastically the course of your life, by focusing on the great things in it. Stop doubting yourself for a second, and appreciate all the things that make you the amazing person you are.

Perhaps the most difficult move would be stepping out of your comfort zone. Because like it or not, you’ve turned your messy sad headspace into your comfort zone. You need to change that. By doing so, you will surely stop being afraid of challenging yourself, and you will be constantly motivated to keep doing the best you can. Only this way you will reach the success and the happiness you desire so much.
The best gift you can give yourself is faith.
You have to be patient with yourself. Your life is not a race you should win at any cost. You have your own unique journey and your own personal goals. Comparing yourself to others will only stop you. Instead of wondering why someone else is better than you in something, focus on your own progress.
