Snapchatters are over the moon excited about the application’s new filter.
Snapchat has created a new filter called “Cartoon Face” which allows dog owners to turn their already adorable dogs into even more adorable dogs. Although the name of the filter does not specifically mention Disney, there is no doubt that it makes your puppy resemble an animated, Disney character.
Danielle Sudgen posted two pictures of her animated dog on Facebook with the caption: “💕For those that don’t know… Snapchat has a new filter and it basically Disneyfies your dog. YOU ARE WELCOME. Plz post your Disney dawgs here 🙏🏼”
Of course, almost immediately after her post, dog owners rushed to take photos of their puppies, uploading them all over the Internet. The ‘Cartoon Face’ filter exaggerates the already adorable puppy eyes and adds eyebrows; furthermore, it is interesting that the filter does not add new eyes but instead stylizes the eyes of your puppy, thereby making the animated version of your dog even more realistic and unique. In addition, the filter allows for numerous, various facial expressions which depend on the way the dog’s eyes turn out.
The filter makes your puppy look like a star out of the animation movie The Secret Life of Pets.
After hundreds of photographs of different puppies were uploaded all over the Internet, people took to the comments section and compared dogs to characters out of The Secret Life of Pets. The following two dogs, for example, have been likened to Gidget and Daisy respectively.
