
Not all giant cat heads are created equal. In fact, I’m not sure that any of them should be created at all, but the one that Housetu Sato and his students at the Japan School of Wool Art created easily wins the “Most Realistic Giant Cat Head” award.
The giant cat head was created for an art exhibit at the Tokyo Metropolitan Museum of Art, and Sato doesn’t plan to mass-produce them for sale. He said that he might think of renting it out, though – so the next time your formal even calls for a giant cat head, you know who to call. Then again, this is the internet, so I’m sure there is a factory somewhere cranking out giant cat heads as we speak. You have to admit though, it’s a little creepy:
