4. Open things
By opening windows and doors you will let in some fresh air for your body and soul. When dealing with toxic negativity, you should avoid feeling trapped. This may not always be enough but it can help in many ways.
5. Avoid contact
Don’t give attention to those who are bringing you down. If you are letting them poison your mind over and over again you are damaging yourself for a long time to come. You deserve peace and happiness but you will never achieve it with these kinds of people around.
