Disturbing: A woman discovered that her boyfriends’ pillows haven’t been washed in a whole decade.
Apparently, her partner had left the pillows on his bed untouched for the last ten years.
As per Mirror, the woman, whose name is not revealed, confronted her boyfriend immediately after finding out his nasty secret. She claims he refused to change his pillows with new ones, so she had to think a little out of the box to fight the disturbing issue.
Clearly, the woman loves her significant other too much, so she chose to confront his hygiene problem by giving his old pillows a good wash.
She captured the cleaning process in a TikTok video. The results are stunning!
In the video, she can be seen washing three heavily stained filthy pillows. She first places them in the bathtub with a couple of dishwasher tablets and lots of water. To intensify the process, she then adds some Borah powder and pours a little bit of bleach.
After using a mop to wring out the dirt from the nasty pillows, she tosses them into the washing machine for a final clean. The results amazed her! The pillows that hadn’t been washed in years came out of the washing machine looking brand new.
At the end of the video, the woman wrote:
“He probably won’t notice… but I can sleep better knowing those nasty pillows are clean.”
The outlet claims the viral TikTok video of the pillow’s cleaning transformation has been watched over 1.7 million times. While some users were amazed by the results, others slammed the woman’s boyfriend for his appalling habit.
One user wrote: “With that alone, I would replace the boyfriend. Hygiene is everything.”
Another stressed that usually, pillows are meant to be replaced every two years.
