Do You Remember Octomom Nadya Suleman? Recent Updates Show What The Mother Of 14 Is Up To Currently
After battling drug addiction, filming an adult film, and becoming a stripper to support her 14 children, Octomom Nadya Suleman is now ready to make a comeback.
Nadya is looking to get a reality TV show deal, since turning her life around, reported Radar Online.
“Since then, she’s tried to keep her octuplets and other six kids out of the spotlight,” a source told the news outlet. “Now she’s ready to make a comeback, but her brand is still so toxic that no network is interested!”
Ten years after giving birth to her 8 babies, 43-year-old Suleman was hurled into the media spotlight and heavily criticized for taking benefits to support her children. At the time, she had six other children. She was one of two U.S. mothers to give birth to octuplets and all of her babies were born via In Vitro Fertilization (IVF).
“I got so much bad press about being on benefits that I decided to exploit myself by posing for photoshoots, and I even did some porn to make money,” Suleman shared with Radar Online, “But I hated it and was stressed out all the time; I relied on painkillers and drink to cope.”
After allegedly committing welfare fraud, Suleman was sentenced to 200 hours of community service, two years probation, and ordered to the return the $26,000 she allegedly claimed.
Now she has a bachelor’s degree in child development and has found work as a counselor, the New York Post reported.
Nadya’s kids have vegan lifestyles, and she posts regularly about their lives on Instagram.
To survive, she lives modestly, receives government assistance, and gets residuals from her adult film, she told the Daily Mail.
Suleman has said that her days of having more children are now over.
