Abort any plans if you feel the need to have some space for yourself. Look for a new job if your current one is draining all your energy and is making you miserable. Put an end to the relationships that tear your heart apart, but never give anything back.

Reflect on your current state of being. Don’t hide your feelings until they uncontrollably erupt at the wrong moment. Open up and set your soul free.
