If You Want To Find True Happiness, Stop Giving Energy To Negative People
All the people you spend time with or allow to be near you are people you are giving part of your energy to.
And the more you energize them, the more they will either help you succeed in life or take you down with them.
If you want true happiness in your life, you must stop sharing your energy with negative and toxic individuals.
And the sooner you realize how poisonous these people are to your wellbeing, the better. If you feel like they are not making you a better but worse person, they are in your way and must be removed.
Being happy does not involve being surrounded by as many people as possible, it is about being with those who make you think in new ways and are always there for you in times of need. But sadly, you will also, at some point, experience the negativity of those who make you feel like you’re nothing. And they certainly do not deserve even a taste of your attention.
Toxic people can even be among our friends or family members, and we aren’t always aware of that until damage has been done to us.
On a more positive note, the sooner you manage to take their masks off the more trouble you will save yourself from in the long run. But beware, as these people will do all they can to cling on to you and control you. Once you break free from them you will finally be able to become the person you always wanted to be.
You are in charge of your life and you have the right to choose who stays in and who stays out.
Naturally, you might not feel good at first for cutting these people off, but once it’s over you will be happy you made the choice. No matter how much you wish for it, you cannot change the people in your life, and they will either be good or toxic. This is a crucial fact you must come to terms with.
If someone is saying foul things about others to you, chances are they’re talking negatively to others about you too. And that is a great place to start when it comes to identifying such people. But keep in mind that some are going to be much sneakier in what they do. Keeping an eye on whether they back up their words with actions is a solid way to keep them at a distance.
If someone is making you feel suffocated, don’t think twice about kicking them out of your life without even repeating the reasons why.
They will figure things out on their own, and if that experience helps them in changing their ways, then that’s good too.
Life is not eternal, and we need to make the most of it while we can. Do not permit toxic people to ruin your life experience – it is yours and you should be in full control of it.
Being happy isn’t that hard. When you know what you want, when you chase your dreams without giving up, and when you stop giving your energy to negative people, it will come to you.
