Tory McKenzie, 41, from Las Vegas, Nevada, was terrified after seeing a ‘demon’ in her grandchild’s room via a motion-activated camera. The chilling incident happened only a few days after she heard the kid warning an invisible intruder to “go away,” as Daily Mail reports.
Ms. McKenzie, a cardiologist, set up a camera in her son’s house after he told her that he heard his two-year-old daughter Amber talking to an invisible person in the middle of the night. The alarmed grandmother decided to see for herself, and she put a camcorder in the child’s room.
Terrifyingly, the camera captured a mysterious figure standing over Amber and her baby-brother Michael’s beds. Ms. McKenzie describes the demon as a person with a “horn on its head and long claws.” The chilling image was shot just before 3 a.m.

While trying to chase away the creature herself by burning oils, Ms. McKenzie claims she heard music playing by itself and seeing cabinets and curtains opening and closing.
The chilling story was shared on a Facebook page about paranormal activities. However, instead of receiving advice on how to deal with the ‘evil presence’ in the house, Ms. McKenzie was accused of altering the pictures. To those who argued the images were edited, she said she only wants to help her family, and she doesn’t even have the technical skills to fabricate the footage.
After the horrifying incident, Ryan, the father of the children, took them out of their room and into his, fearing for their lives. His mother explained:
“It was so shocking when I saw it. I had to do a double-take. The first thing I saw was horns on its head, so you immediately think it’s the devil or a demon. When we caught videos of the orbs we thought it was a family member looking after the kids, but that picture, I have no idea. It’s terrifying. I showed the kids and my 13-year-old son was scared by it. I ran over to the house and showed my eldest son. We were just in shock and he couldn’t explain it either.”
“It’s something supernatural.”
Ms. McKenzie said that everyone was asleep at the time, so it couldn’t have been her son or his partner. She continued:
“I know that it’s something supernatural.
Ryan has moved the kids out of their room and into his room. Nothing bad has happened to them yet, but it’s the fact that it could. The two-year-old isn’t scared of [the figure] and thinks it’s her friend, but one night she told it to “go away”.”
The petrified woman shared she was shocked the two-bed condo would have such a dark presence, as it is only around 20 years old. She added:
“For the most part, everybody’s been supportive, suggesting what to do and who to speak to. I just want to get rid of whatever it is.”
