Dog with an adorable wonky face is going to be a therapy dog to help people with disabilities

Dog with an adorable wonky face is going to be a therapy dog to help people with disabilitiesIt’s true what they say, that some angels choose fur instead of wings.

Although he has a wonky face, this pupper comes straight from heaven, and soon he’s about to spread joy as a therapy dog.

Meet Brodie – the canine with the most charmingly wonky face out there. When his owners first saw him, they instantly fell in love with his unbelievable cuteness.

The day Amanda Richer, 30, and Brad Ames, 23, saw Brodie’s picture in a Facebook post, they immediately contacted his former owners for his adoption.

Amanda and Brad then visited the little angel, and they felt in their hearts he was the right dog for them. Ms. Richer shares:

“I literally looked at the picture and would cry and just be like, we have to go meet this dog.”

It was just like love at first sight! After only an hour with Brodie, the pair knew they had to take him home and give him all the love and attention he deserves.

Owners Amanda and Brad set Brodie an Instagram account where they post all the funny and exciting bits of his life.

Now the couple is planning to make Brodie a therapy dog, so he could help people with disabilities.

His adorable derpy face and his contagious smile will surely make their days a little brighter. Besides, his own disability, which actually doesn’t slow him down in any way, will bring those people hope and will help them feel a little better about themselves. Amanda says:

“We’d like to take him maybe into old folks homes, children’s hospitals, group homes for people that have disabilities, that kind of thing.”

Valentine’s Day is coming up, so it’s a great time to talk about love!! This mug from @groundsandhounds speaks volumes. A dogs love is unconditional. They don’t judge us, or themselves. You can be at your absolute worst and your dog will still be by your side and love you with everything they got! Brodie is the perfect example of this. Even though he’s been through some tough times himself, he radiates love and happiness. So always remember to “love like a dog!”🐶❤️🥰 @groundsandhounds is an amazing company that not only makes delicious coffee and cute mugs, but 20% of their profits go towards helping fund rescue initiatives for dogs! Every cup helps a pup, and every pound helps a hound! My morning coffee tastes so much better knowing that. ☺️

Although his sweet wonky face makes Brodie unique, he wasn’t born this way. When he was just a tiny little pup, his mom bit him, and that’s how his face healed after this unpleasant incident. Poor Brodie is also partially blind, but this doesn’t stop him from being a wholesome, happy dog.

And guess what! One of his favorite activities is to play into mud pits. And if this doesn’t prove this sweet furry ball of happiness is just like other puppers…

Plus, he loves a fresh cup of puppachino!

There is probably no other creature that will love you so purely and unconditionally as a dog would. As Brodie’s owners share, you can be at your absolute worst, and your dog will still be by your side and love you with everything they got!

If you’re a dog lover, make sure to spread the joy by sharing Brodie’s wholesome story!
