To get the most out of these fruits you can take it as a smoothie which helps you combine the lot or has a starter before a meal as well as a dessert after a meal. One of these fruits per day is enough to supply the right amount of vitamins the body needs, as regards the watermelon a piece would do. Citrus is a rich supply of vitamin C which helps strengthen the immune system with its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. 

Bananas contain pectin which helps to stabilize blood sugar levels. It has potassium that helps regulate heart activities as well as improve kidney functioning.
