If you grew up in the early 90’s, like I did, Kurt Cobain is one of those rare musical talents we got exposed to that can only be described as an icon.
Nirvana was one of those bands like the Beatles that exploded onto the music scene in such a manner That the impact they left on the industry is permanent. Some bands are like footprints in sand. Nirvana was like a bootprint in wet concrete. And tragically, like too many artists of the ilk, Cobain left this mortal world way too soon. On Today, what would have been Cobain’s 50th birthday, we should celebrate the brilliance that he shared not only musically, but through his writings.
