Doctor who sprinkled COCAINE on his penis to kill his lover must pay compensation to her husband and son
German doctor killed his married girlfriend by sprinkling cocaine on his penis before raping her.
- German top surgeon imprisoned for overdosing and killing his lover by sprinkling drugs on his private parts.
- Andreas David Niederbichler was jailed for 9 years after being charged with aggravated rape and bodily harm.
- The sadistic doctor, who drugged three other women, will have to pay $35,000 compensation to the victim’s family.
Yvonne M., 38, died of an overdose after her lover, Dr. Andreas David Niederbichler, 45, drugged her without her consent. The brutal doctor sprinkled cocaine on his penis before having sex with his married girlfriend.
As per Daily Mail, after the criminal case, Niederbichler was jailed for 9 years for aggravated rape and bodily harm leading to death.
However, Yvonne’s family continued to pursue her killer. They led a civil case, demanding him to pay £25,000($35,000) compensation for her death.
Three years after the horrid incident, the court in the German city of Magdeburg, Saxony-Anhalt, has convicted Niederbichler once again. The ruthless doctor has been ordered to pay £9,000($12,500) to Yvonne’s husband, £9,000($12,500) to her son, and £7,000($10,000) for the funeral costs.
The investigation revealed that Yvonne was not the only victim of the sadistic doctor.
Three other women fell victims of the former head physician at the Halberstadt Clinic in Saxony-Anhalt. Reportedly, Niederbichler drugged and sexually assaulted the women between September 2015 and February 2018. To drug them, the doctor secretly put cocaine in their champagne glasses, their lipstick, and their toothpaste.
The former surgeon, who is currently undergoing drug therapy, was first charged in February 2018, after Yvonne’s death. Then, in 2019, he received a 9-year prison sentence.
However, he refused to pay financial compensation or cover the funeral costs, which provoked the victim’s family to drag him into court once more. As a result, the higher regional court has ordered Niederbichler to pay them both compensation and cover the funeral costs.
Judge Steffi Ewald stated:
“The defendant is sentenced to pay the funeral costs in the amount of £7,337, as well as survivor benefits to the deceased’s husband and the son in the amount of £8,581 each.”
Despite remaining silent during his trial, the victimizer broke his silence and denied being responsible for Yvonne’s death.
Niederbichler denied drugging and therefore killing the 38-year-old woman. He said she was an “experienced” cocaine user, and she knew what she was getting into.
Furthermore, he also refused to take responsibility for the other three women he sedated and raped before her. In an interview with the German newspaper Bild, he claimed:
“Yes, there were drugs. But I didn’t drug any of the women without their knowledge. I was looking for a special kick, and they took part.”
Prior to his imprisonment, Niederbichler was a top plastic surgeon at Ameos hospital in the German city of Halberstadt. He met Yvonne at the clinic, following an affair that ultimately led to the woman’s tragic death.
Other women who were lured by the doctor reported feeling light-headed after meeting him. Shockingly, one of them was even involved in two car crashes after a date with the surgeon. Another one of his victims reported passing out and experiencing nervous twitches following a tryst with Niederbichler.
Even though the former doctor appealed his sentence, the court rejected his request.
