93-Year-Old Lady Gets 150 Cans Of Beer Delivered To Her Door After Holding Up ‘I Need Beer’ Sign

A 93-year old woman from Pennsylvania named Olive Veronesi was granted an insatiable wish after she put a sign in front of her house that read “I need more beer” during the COVID-19 lockdown.

Coors Light beer representatives then appeared on Olive’s porch Monday and left 10 cases of beer, which totals 150 cans. Of course, Olive did not waste any precious time and immediately opened a beer right in front of her home entrance.

The delivery was made after one of Olivia’s relatives made a photo of her in which she was holding a Coors Light beer and a sign that said “I need more beer!!”

The picture was later posted on social media, where it got over 5 million views.

Olivia has been self-isolating at her house in Seminole, Pennsylvania, due to the COVID-19 restrictions, and says her beer supplies were about to run out.

“I was on my last 12 cans. Anyway, I have a beer every night. Beer has vitamins in it; it’s good for you, as long as you don’t overdo it,” Olivia said.

After the delivery, Olivia wrote another sign that read, “Got more beer!”

“My associate and I put in 10 cases of beer and drove up and made sure Olive got her beer, so she can continue her healthy regimen of a Coors Light a day,” said Mark Linder of Molson Coors.
