Of course, this is only partially true since there are good people and bad people in every country. You can almost bet that you will have positive experiences with most of the people in Germany that you have a conversation with. Ask any native German about football and they won’t be talking about the same football that Americans rave about. European football (soccer) is huge in Germany and they take it very seriously.
